PAYMENT INFORMATION

To ensure the security of your online payments, Commencal uses Secure Virtual POS (Point of Sale), a device designed to accept internet sales payments in a secure way.

The Virtual POS system uses SSL encryption in all communications with our commercial site, with the data being well protected from disclosure to any third party and therefore ensuring the confidentiality of the transaction. 

Parallel mechanisms are provided to ensure the authenticity and origin of transactions and thus avoid any manipulation of data by third parties. 

Card details are not usually known by the trade, which ensures that this information cannot be fraudulently and retrospectively used by third parties. This information is stored appropriately by the Virtual POS which, in turn, provides that info to the payment system when necessary. 

Therefore, all transactions made through the Virtual POS will enjoy all the guarantees of security, confidentiality and integrity for the parties involved, ie both the cardholder and the issuing institution, and for the trade and its acquirer. 

To provide maximum security, for orders exceeding 150€ you may be asked for your IPC security code supplied bny your bankso as to verify that you are the holder of the card used to make payment. If you do not have this code, please contact your bank in order to complete the transaction.
