The electric bike has been around for several years. We see more and more of them on the trails or in town. The e-bike has often been seen as a practical ‘vehicle’ or just as a means of allowing cyclists of all shapes and sizes to get about. We find this a somewhat narrow-minded view of e-MTB. With our 27.5-inch META POWER, we wanted to demonstrate that the e-bike is quite simply the most fun! Fun to climb, for an injection of power, on flowy sections. Yes, it’s fun everywhere! Bikes for fun in all circumstances. Even uphill!

This META POWER 27 ESSENTIAL 2019 is now only available in two large sizes: L and XL. This model is ideal for riders measuring between either 178-190cm (L) or 188-210cm (XL). It’s 27.5-inch wheels and geometry make it particularly suitable for larger riders looking for a playful, manoeuvrable and responsive e-bike, even baring the large size in mind.

	BATTERY RECYCLING In partnership with SHIMANO, COMMENCAL supports a voluntary battery recycling program for ebike batteries. For each META POWER sold COMMENCAL will contribute 7€ to fundraising organisation COREPILE. This sum is paid through SHIMANO France. When your battery reaches the end of its life, it would be great if you could send it back to us for recycling. Contact us for more info on the procedure.
